Vaccines and Immunization for Schools: Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy
Updated vaccination and immunization records are required for everyone who is attending public school facilities. As a result, most private schools also follow this practice. However, this requirement does not apply to us as an online facility. Our Academy is a private school that allows its students to come and go as they please. Nevertheless, we mandate that students who leave our Academy must provide their updated vaccination and immunization records before returning.
Most states have exemptions to this legislation. Click the link to see if you qualify due to religion, special circumstances, or other conditions. You will find the list here at this site.
Brainfood Academy presents “Do You Need Kindergarten?” – A Guide to Learning.
As per the government regulations, kindergarten is not a compulsory educational program. However, each state has the authority to establish its own regulations regarding this. To tackle the changing education landscape, every state must ensure that they offer a kindergarten class within each school district. This is in response to the growing number of working parents and different financial situations.
Public schools must offer kindergarten education, but children are not obliged to attend it. However, the law mandates that children between the ages of seven and sixteen must attend school. Additionally, if a child is enrolled in a public school aged 5 or 6, they must attend school as per legal requirements.
States that require Kindergarten:

As a result, some states have made Kindergarten a mandatory requirement for graduation and academic completion. A list of those states that require Kindergarten is provided below.
